Key Points:
- Entry is restricted to per person per ticket, which is valid only for the concerned date and specified time.
- Kindly submit the full payment receipt to the Resort office. It is mandatory.
- Outside food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the park.
- Please show common courtesy to fellow Park Guests and our Service Staff. Do not use any foul language or engage in unsafe and offensive behavior.
- Please maintain discipline in the ride. Kindly stand in a queue.
- Please don't ask for Breakfast or Lunch after the prescribed timings. (Breakfast: 9.00 am to 10:30 am, Lunch: 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm, Hi-tea: 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm)
- We have a buffet system. Kindly do not waste our food.
- Please don't leave your belongings unattended. Management will not be responsible for losses.
- Please don't ask or argue with our staff for any kind of discount or concession, even if you are late.
- Proper clothes must be worn at all times while enjoying the swimming pool of the resort.
- Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident due to the negligence of guests.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high BP, and any medically unfit person are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides or the use of the swimming pool.
- The Management has the right to cancel the ticket and remove any person from the park premises if misbehavior or violation of park rules is reported on his/her part.
- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the Resort.
- Pet animals are not allowed inside the Resort.
- We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the resort and use the same for publicity purposes without payment to any person.
- Signing of an Indemnity Bond is compulsory.
- For stay guests: For room check-in, time is 12 noon & check-out time is 10 am the next day (22 Hours).
- As our resort is situated far away from the city, power cuts are often. Please cooperate in such circumstances. Please switch off the light before leaving your room.
- Check-out strictly at 10 am. For late check-out, you have to pay the actual room rent for that day, and we will suppose you checked out at 10 am and allot your room to the next check-in guest.
Terms and conditions
Key Points:
- One AC and one non-AC room are next to each other.
- If you want any starters apart from the package, you have to pay an extra charge as per the Ala carte.
- If you want non-vegetarian food, there is an extra charge of 100 rupees for one time (only chicken is available): Chicken sukkha, chicken rassa, alani soup, salad chapati, and indrayani rice.
- 500 per kg making charges for chicken, mutton, and fish (sukkha and rassa both).
- Sweet in lunch and dinner is limited.
- No cold drink or water bottle is allowed outside.
- Alcohol must be brought and served in the room; it is not allowed on the premises.
- Food service is not available in the room.
- All payments are to be made while checking in.
- Minimum 50% Advance is required for the booking
- One’s Advance is done there will be only 20% refund of the advance on booking cancellation

The kitchen closes after 10:30 pm.
